Terms of service.

Welcome to Garbage Day Guardians, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving any of our trash bin services, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

1. Services Provided

Garbage Day Guardians provides trash and recycling bin roll-out and return services for residential and commercial customers.
We do not clean, wash, or sanitize bins. Our service strictly includes rolling bins to the designated pickup area (curb or other agreed location) and returning them once collection is complete.

2. Service Schedule

  • We operate according to your local municipal or HOA pickup schedule.

  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide the correct pickup days and notify us of any schedule changes, holidays, or suspensions in service.

  • If bins are not outside when we arrive, are blocked, overfilled, or inaccessible, the visit will still count as a completed service.

3. Separate Pickup Days

If your trash and recycling are collected on different days, an additional fee of $10 per month applies.
This covers extra travel, labor, and time required for multiple service trips.

4. Property Access

Customer must ensure safe and unobstructed access to bins at the time of service.
We are not responsible for:

  • Locked gates or obstructed pathways

  • Aggressive pets

  • Construction barriers, vehicles, or debris

If access is blocked, service will be marked as completed and no refund issued.

5. Damages & Liability

We handle bins with care, but normal wear and tear or occasional accidents can occur.
Garbage Day Guardians is not liable for:

  • Broken, cracked, or missing lids or wheels

  • Scratches, scuffs, or minor cosmetic damage

  • Damage caused by bins tipping due to wind, weather, or wildlife

  • Damage to pavement, driveways, landscaping, or property surfaces resulting from normal bin movement

We will always do our best to report any visible issues and treat your property respectfully.

6. Bin Ownership

All trash and recycling bins remain the property of the municipality, waste company, or homeowner, not Garbage Day Guardians.
We do not replace or repair bins, nor are we responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring before, during, or after service.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Services may be paused, rescheduled, or canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed pickups due to blocked access, incorrect schedule information, or customer error.

  • Recurring services may be canceled anytime by written notice via email.

8. Weather & Safety

We reserve the right to delay or skip service in cases of severe weather, lightning, flooding, or other unsafe conditions.
We’ll notify customers as soon as possible and resume at the next available opportunity.

9. Payments & Billing

  • All payments are due upfront or on the scheduled billing date.

  • Late or failed payments may result in paused service.

  • Returned payments or chargebacks will incur a $25 processing fee.

10. Privacy & Communication

By signing up for service, you consent to receive emails, texts, or calls regarding scheduling, billing, and service updates.
Your personal information will never be sold or shared outside of what’s required to perform our service.

11. Indemnification

Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Garbage Day Guardians, LLC, and its employees or contractors against any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or related to services provided — including property damage, personal injury, or service interruptions — except in cases of proven gross negligence.

12. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued service use implies acceptance of the current version.
